An important piece of information about a New Construction purchase is that the Salesperson onsite at the New Construction community WORKS FOR THE BUILDER – not you!  The onsite salespersons job is to get the most money for the Builder.  Always find Realtors, like us, who will go with you to all the communities, meet with all the builders and help you from the very beginning navigate your way though New Construction locations and building options.  We work with local attorneys who know the Builder’s contracts in detail and can, if needed, review the Builder Contract for you.  Not all attorneys will provide this service.  Our attorneys will.

Please understand, working directly with the Builder and bypassing a Realtor will not SAVE you money on your New Construction property.  Builders are happy to work with the real estate community in New Construction Sales and pay Realtors a commission for bringing buyers to their community. This is not at the expense of  you the Buyer because Realtors will represent you in the transaction of your new home.  Realtors know the questions to ask Builders and how to help you make the best possible decisions on your new Florida home.
